Corporation established in July 2002, which performs home inspections in the Kansas City metro
area. Shane
R. Pouch is the Owner and President of the company, and is its Chief Inspector.
Shane has received
professional home inspection training from the American
Home Inspectors Training Institute,
and is a certified
Residential Measurement Provider member in the National Radon
Proficiency Program of the National
Environmental Health Association. All OUTLOOK inspections are performed to meet or exceed the Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics as established by the American Society of Home Inspectors, Inc.® (ASHI). Shane is an ASHI Member, regularly attends local Great Plains ASHI Chapter meetings and educational seminars, and has served as Treasurer, President-Elect, President and is currently serving as the Chapter President from Oct 2007 - Sep 2008. Shane also holds membership with KAREI, the Kansas Association of Real Estate Inspectors and with MAHI, the Missouri Association of Home Inspectors. Shane’s background, training, and endless continuing education will
